1. Information Collection
In collecting any personal information from you, it is our goal to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using our services. This allows us to provide services and features that can meet your needs, and gives us the opportunity to customize our service to make your experience easier and quicker.

If you choose to provide us with your personal information using our Contact Us page, we may use the information you provide to us. This page requests your contact information (name, e-mail address and postal address) and demographic information (age, income or zip code information), and may request financial information (bank account or credit card number), unique identifiers (social security number) and other personal information as described in our privacy appendix. You must provide us with your e-mail address. Under some circumstances, we may require some additional information, including billing address, credit card number and credit card expiration date. We use this credit card information to verify your name, address, and other personal information.

We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behavior on our site. We use this information for internal research on user demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed to determine trends, diagnose problems, or administer or improve our site. The revenue generated from this initiative will help cover past investments in our technology and our customer support organization. If you establish a credit account with us, we collect additional information, including billing address, credit card number, credit card expiration date and tracking information from checks or money orders. This information may be used to check the user's qualifications for registration. 2. Use of Your Information
We may use personal identifiers to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our site's content, layout, and services. We believe these identifiers allow us to improve our site to meet the needs of our users.

We may also use your information to deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as new items, targeted banners, new services and promotions. By accepting the User Agreement you expressly agree to receive this information. You can remove yourself from receiving some of this information by so indicating on any e-mail you may receive from us.

We use your e-mail address, your mailing address, and phone number to contact you regarding administrative notices, new product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Site. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you may have the ability to so choose throughout the Site.

If you choose to use our site, we may use your address, credit card and billing information to bill you for our services and provide associated support.

We use information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Site, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our User Agreement. We may evaluate your information to identify problems or resolve disputes.

3. Disclosure of Your Information
We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be disclosed in a manner not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, as an example, we may be ordered to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully access transmission of private communications. We can, and you hereby authorize us to, disclose any information about you, including but not limited to your name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, e-mail, and company, to third parties, to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other activity that may expose us to legal liability. Accordingly, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will remain private. As a general proposition, we do not sell or rent any personal information about you to any third party. The following describes some of the ways that your personal information may be disclosed. Advertisers
We do gather personal information and disclose such information, without disclosing the user, to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes. Certain information, such as your password, credit card number, and bank account number, is not disclosed to marketing advertisers at all.

Midwest Estate Buyers Community
Throughout the site, your e-mail address identifies you. As a result, other users and third parties may send you unsolicited e-mail and be able to personally identify all of your activities on the Site. Others may attempt to automatically collect your e-mail address from our site. Other people may see your site activity, your feedback rating and associated comments, your postings on the site, and other personal information.

Service Providers
Midwest Estate Buyers offers a number of third party services from our site (such as escrow, payment services, etc.). If you choose to use these services, we will, by necessity, provide some of your personally identifiable information to the service provider offering such services. Before we provide your information to the service provider, we will let you see what data is about to be sent to them. You may avoid us making such disclosures by choosing not to use these services. We do not control the privacy practices of these third parties and you should evaluate their practices before deciding to use their services.

Suppliers and Outside Service Providers
We may use third party suppliers and outside service providers to facilitate our services. For example, we may outsource the operations of one or more aspects of our site to a supplier or outside service provider who performs services according to our requirements. In some instances, the outside service provider may collect information directly from you (such as the situation where we ask a service provider to conduct a survey for us). In these cases, you will be notified of the involvement of the Supplier or outside service provider, and all information disclosures you make will be strictly optional. In all cases, we restrict how these suppliers and outside service providers may access, use and disclose your information. In general, we do not permit these suppliers or outside service providers to sell your information to third parties.

Midwest Estate Buyers' Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures
We will share much of our data, including personal information about you, with our subsidiaries and Joint Ventures that are committed to serving your trading needs. To the extent that these entities are accessing your information, they will treat it at least as confidentially as they treat information they obtain from their other users. We usually require our subsidiaries and joint ventures to follow privacy practices no less protective of users than our practices described in this document.

Legal Requests
Midwest Estate Buyers cooperates with law enforcement and third party inquires to enforce laws, intellectual property rights and other rights. Therefore, owners of such rights and local, state, federal and international law enforcement officials can request and may receive your personal information.

4. Use of Other Users' Information
Midwest Estate Buyers may allow access to other users' contact information. Users may be sent an e-mail with the e-mail address and other information of the requested user, and the request or may receive an e-mail with the e-mail address and other information of the requestee.

By agreeing to our Terms of Service Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other user's personal information that you obtain through the Site or through Midwest Estate Buyers related communication or facilitated transaction, Midwest Estate Buyers hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) Midwest Estate Buyers related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, (b) using CO-branded services offered through Midwest Estate Buyers (e.g. escrow, insurance, shipping and fraud complaints), and (c) any other purpose that such user expressly opts into after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s). In all cases, you must give users an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personal information about another user to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other user after adequate disclosure.

Midwest Estate Buyers and our users do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add any Midwest Estate Buyers' user or purchaser of an item from you to your mail list (e-mail or physical mail) without their express consent after adequate disclosure.

5. Children
Children are not allowed to use our services and we ask that minors under the age of 18 do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in the presence your parent or guardian. As with all websites, parents must monitor the use of the Internet and, specifically our site.

6. E-mail
We do not use the e-mail addresses you enter for any purpose other than to send you e-mail or as disclosed herein or in the User Agreement. We do not rent or sell these e-mail addresses.

7. Password Control
Except as specifically permitted by this section; you may not disclose your Midwest Estate Buyers password to any third parties nor share it with any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password as detailed in Section 8. You may, however, disclose your password to certain third parties with whom Midwest Estate Buyers has entered into specific contractual and technical arrangements designed to safeguard your password ("Authorized Password Users"), in order to enjoy the benefits of those third parties' services in relation to the Midwest Estate Buyers services.

8. Reviewing/Changing Personal Information
Following registration, you can review and change the information you submitted during registration including:

Your e-mail address. If you change your e-mail address we may keep track of your old e-mail address, your name, company, address, city, state, zip code, country, primary phone number, secondary phone number, fax number and gender, your password, your credit card number and expiration date, if you supplied one.
You must promptly update your information if it changes.
Once posted, you cannot change or remove any public postings made on our site.

Upon your request, we will remove your credit card number and credit card expiration date from our databases. To make this request, e-mail privacy@mebmail.com. Such information will be removed within 60 days unless your account is in dispute, in which case your information will be kept on file until the dispute is resolved. However, if you have a free e-mail service account or are otherwise required to provide a credit card for other reasons, you may not request to remove your credit card from file unless you wish to terminate your account or place a different credit card on file.

In some circumstances we may retain certain information even if you request removal, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our User Agreement. Such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical constraints and system back up procedures. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our site or database when requested.

9. Other Information Collectors
Except as otherwise expressly discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are users of our system or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply. To the extent that we use third party advertisers, they may operate under their own privacy customs and policies. Midwest Estate Buyers does not control the privacy policies of third parties. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.

10. Security
Midwest Estate Buyers uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. All users should be cautious since "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
